COMPREHENSION
6.Read the following passage and answer the questions that follow.
In a small neighborhood in Dar es Salaam, a group of unknown hooligans
began causing trouble at night. They would vandalize shops, break
streetlights, and spray graffiti on the walls. The community was frightened,
and people started staying indoors after dark. The local police promised to
increase patrols to catch the hooligans, but the troublemakers seemed to
know when to disappear.
One night, a shopkeeper decided to stay in his store overnight. He hid behind
the counter, waiting for the hooligans to strike again. Around midnight, he
heard whispers and footsteps. The hooligans had returned, but this time,
the shopkeeper quickly alerted the police, who arrived just in time to catch
them in the act. The community was relieved, and they praised the
shopkeeper for his bravery.
